s a Health Counselor, I will take you on a journey for living an energized and passionate life. Whatever your concerns are,

my job is to help you find which food and lifestyle choices will work best for you and the life you desire.


To decide if Health coaching and Holistic Nutrition and Wellness program is right for you, I invite you to schedule an initial consultation with me. During this session,

we will discuss your health and lifestyle to determine how I can best support you in achieving your goals. There is no obligation, so I welcome you to consider having

this conversation. It could very well be a turning point in your life.

What will my Holistic Nutrition and Wellness program include?

Your program includes...

  • Two 45-minute sessions per month in person, via phone or Skype
  • E-mail support between sessions
  • Recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare
  • Coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
  • Simple but informative handouts that will increase your nutrition knowledge
  • My personal commitment to your health and success


Working with Ludmila has been a really positive experience. She’s a great person with a sincere commitment to helping people, and an extensive knowledge base about personal health.  She is very supportive and encouraging, with great insights and expertise. I am pretty busy and I did not have much spare time to devote to a new program. She was willing to work around my schedule, and come up with a practical approach that would generate meaningful progress.
